Lyle A. Westendahl, 70, of Duluth, passed away Friday, January 19, 2018, in Superior, Wisconsin. Lyle was born in Duluth on August 14, 1947.
Lyle graduated from Duluth Central High School. He served in the army during Vietnam; which was a defining moment in his life, something that he took pride in.
Lyle loved music, concerts, watching sports, talking politics, most importantly spending time with his beloved wife Jeanie.
Lyle was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by loving wife, Jeanie; and many close friends.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Superior VA, and the staff at St. Luke’s.
Memorial service will be 1PM, Thursday, February 1, 2018, with visitation one-hour prior, in the Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E 2nd Street, Duluth, MN 55805
