Frances L. Weiss, 60, died Monday Feb. 16, 2009 at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth.
She was born to Henry and Patricia (Irish) Hey June 1, 1948 in Duluth.
Fran was baptized and confirmed at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Duluth, and graduated from Central High School in 1966. She Married Leonard Weiss on Sept 9, 1968 in Duluth. She loved sewing, baking, and was a tremendous cake decorator. Fran worked for Town and Country Builders as an Accountant for 14 years. Fran was loved by her entire family, and will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard; her parents; two brothers, Fred and George.Fran is survived by five brothers, John (Barb) Hey, Steve (Donna) Hey, Daniel, Gordon, Patrick; sister, Barbara (Tim) Jones; four stepdaughters, Nancy (Dick) DeMarre, Lindy (Ray) Carlson, Shirley (Jim) McGinn, Anita (Kelly) Skinner, three stepsons, Rod (Sue) Weiss, Ronald (Nina) Weiss, Leo (Joan) Weiss; 39 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren;
